Requirements for Application
- Completed SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
- Essay
Eligibility (READ CAREFULLY!)
- ONLY for students without A.C. international experience
- Good academic and disciplinary standing
- No unpaid balance on student account
- Minimum GPA: 3.00
- Junior/Senior status by the date of departure
- Significant financial need as determined by FAFSA
- Enrollment in an international JanTerm or MayTerm course
- Graduating seniors taking May 2024 trips are not eligible

Other Information
- All awards for JanTerm/MayTerm 2024 will be made before registration in April 2023.
- Students must register during April registration.
- Deposit of $250 will be due at time of registration and is not part of the scholarship process.

Write a short essay (250-350 words) explaining your perception of the educational value of taking an international JanTerm/MayTerm course.
How would such a course impact your academic and personal growth, both as a synthesis of what you've already accomplished at Austin College as well as potential for the future?
What do you hope to learn from the experience?

- Enrollment in an international or domestic travel JanTerm or MayTerm course (as listed on the JanTerm webpage under "Travel Courses")
- Graduating seniors taking May 2024 trips are not eligible
